He's not a closer in my opinion. As a Giants fan I have seen him pitch hundreds of times. When the real pressure is on in the 9th he is half the guy he is in the 8th. I was very surprised to read about this. He is sound and fit, but owner Christopher Tsui and trainer John Oxx said they thought he had done enough for his career. Since the dissolve of the Soviet Union the US has dominated Olympics. Often competing in the 'per capita' medal count as well. But this Olympics has not gone to plan. Got into a car accident while on the job with a company vehicle.(Not my fault). After accident, returned to work, told the Manager what happened and he sent me on my way to the hospital. I go to the hospital and get diagnosed with a neck sprain and back spasm. My Primary said I will be out of work for 7 days OR until better and when i go back, i should be on light duty. Two days later, my job called and told me I had no workers comp because I did not go to "their Doctor". They never told me I should, they just rushed me to go to A hospital. When I found that out I got an attorney because things did not sound right at all. After, I went to their doctor and all they asked was for a urine test( tried to catch me on drugs, so they wouldnt have to pay me). Test came back negative. Never even tried to see my back or neck. Then, they set up another appointment and when i went, they wanted to see my PC orders. (primary doc orders and regulations), but I figured they never followed my doctors orders, so why cant they do their own testing. I eventually showed them my doctors orders and they still went against them saying I can drive vehicles.(im a Porter). How can i if i am under 3 different medications? one being Lortab? Went back today, still sore and their doctor told me i am able to return back to work. He also said, no need for me to take the medication and prescribed me some sugar pills.(being sarcastic). But pills that were way weaker than Lortab and wouldnt even help my pain. Do I have a case? And also, Their doctor refered me to physical therapy. 6 visits. Has anyone else been thru the same? and is the settlement worth my while?

it would be very difficult, if even possible to upgrade your laptop.. laptops arent really made for gaming, so its difficult to upgrade them... to run the sims 3 or any other current new game, you would need a whole new duo core processor, a good graphics card.. very hard to do with the laptop... if you use your laptop for school/work.. thats probably why you got it, but if you were gonna use it for gaming.. thats where you went wrong.... your best bet is to save up... and get a desktop when you can...

Well lately my have been hurting a mive amount and its driving me nuts. I'm not on my period or pms'ing and those are the only 2 things that usually might make them hurt. How to destress in a stressful country?

I was educated 10 years in the USA, then came back to the Arabian Gulf (home). My country is very small, has very harsh climate, the air is polluted, everything is made of tasteless concrete structures, there are NO beautiful scenes in the country, because the sea has been recently polluted with sewage, you read it right, sewage, and the whole country, right and left, smells of sewage (EW). Ok, there are pockets of non smelly roads, but seriously! I have to escape smelly roads every day (as in avoid them altogether). I try to say mantras to myself to calm down till I get home to relax, but I live in an apartment with no garden. It's a nice neighborhood, but I really need some natural elements, something green to relax me, none exists. So any relaxation has to be artificially done at home. Can I possibly achieve relaxation, when faced with the daily "ugliness"? This place is barren and polluted, to say the least, and people don't turn to art or music for recreation, nothing cultural goes on on a public scale. Just go shopping, every day! It's also pretty crowded in grocery shops unless you go during off peak hours. So you have to plan your day around pollution and crowds. I am 33, a mom of a 3 year old, university teacher (4 cles/semester), and part time graduate student. Advice on stress reduction please. Thanks.

Does Yahoo Answers Team Treat Abuse Reports Seriously?

There is a certain user that has posted the same question verbatim multiple times under many different profile names. Obviously this person has created multiple accounts to post the same question verbatim and when this question is posted by said user they post it multiple times for that particular name they are using to post that question at that time.I have reported this to Yahoo answers team and done my part as a contributor and user of this forum by doing what they ask of us. This particular person that posts this question (over and over) has violated community guidelines under misusing answers.What I don't understand is how this person can keep getting away with what they are doing? It is obvious that they are breaking communtiy guidelines set up by the yahoo answers team. We are asked as users and contributors to monitor and report abuse. Believe me this person is abusing there is no question. Am wondering why Answers team is slow to reprimand such blatant flagrant misuse of community guidelines? Stepmom Interfering with Father/ Grown-Up son relationship?

My husband and his father haven't had the greatest of relationships. His father divorced when my husband was 12, and remarried when he was 14. His stepmother has 3 sons from a previous relationship (all who are around the same age now, and living out of the house). It seems that whenever my husband has called in the past to do something, his stepmother would basically step in, and either say that they have church things to do, or else they already have plans to visit the grandkids on her side, etc. My husband basically took this as a hint, and even though he tried to call again last March (where he had to leave a message that was left unanswered), decided to stop calling him altogether. I've tried to keep the lines of communications open at least through e-mails with the stepmom, and have noticed that the stepmom's reason why we never hear from my husband's father anymore, is because of my husband not contacting him. This even happened on Father's Day, whereas, the stepmother told me that her husband waited all day by the phone to call, and finally gave up and went to bed. (I'm sorry, but am I the only one hearing violins? I think if it bothered him, he could have picked the phone up too and gave his son father's day wishes as well.) I can't help but think that this is kind of the relationship the stepmother wants, and is using her religious goody-two-shoes facade to look guiltless in the matter. It's like she's twisting this and telling his father that my husband is a bad son, and that it's just best to stay away. (And mind you, his dad can take the 40mile drive out here to see his granddaughter just as well as my husband can. But the stepmom is always interfering, so my husband just gave up, saying he hopes his dad will grow some "things" and will realize the witch he married.) I do wish that my husband and his father could have some kind of get together, but this woman will always find a way to step in to ruin it. What's your take?

Has anyone worn a diaper to school and peed and/or pooped in it?

Last week I bought a package of size 7 Pampers Cruisers diapers at the store. That night I put one on. I held my pee all night. I was still holding it the next morning as I put a few diapers in my backpack to take to school with me. When I got to school I noticed that I had been holding it for about 14 hours. By 2nd period my bladder was hurting a little bit. I was trying to decide whether or not to use my diaper. In 4th period I realized that if I held it any longer my bladder would explode. The second I let go, a torrent of pee entered my diaper. I peed for over two minutes. It felt nice and warm. I had held it for a total of 17 hours and 6 minutes. My diaper even leaked a little. Fortunately no one knew except for a couple of people sitting next to me. When the bell rang for lunch I got a clean diaper from my locker and changed myself in the bathroom. Later, during 6th period, I realized that I had to poop really bad. I didn't want to poop in my diaper because I was afraid I would stink up the clroom. Finally school ended, and I got on my bus. Christian retreats are fake?

If your a Christian, I'm sure you've attended plenty of retreats in your life. I am a Christian, and I must admit I'm not a very good one when it comes to being "Christ like". I've noticed throughout the years that Christian retreats bring out fake qualities out of people. I don't even view retreats as an "emotional rollercoaster", I view it as people just acting different for a couple of days. Everyone is nice to each other, and supposebly blessed, but that all fades away right after the retreat is over. Also, why do we need to be blessed at retreats, and coincidentally, why does everyone seemed to get amazingly blessed at retreats? Can't people be blessed by God anytime, anywhere? Lastly, I've witnessed people recieving gifts at retreats, like manifesting (dancing through the holy spirit), and speaking in tounge. The strange thing is when one person recieves a gift, it seems like the whole congregation recieves a gift. God gives people different gifts, he doesn't give a whole darn church the exact same gift. I think Christians need to start being more real when it comes to retreats, instead of putting on an act.

There's a bleeder valve underneath attached to the throw-out bearing. It should be sticking out of the side of the bell housing on the driver's side I believe. Its a two man job, one to pump and one to bleed. You'll definitely need to find out why its leaking though and fix that ASAP.

How do I get rid of fleas from a small kitten that doesn't have a mother?

We have no idea how old the kitten is. He has teeth and is eating wet cat food. Also, because his mouth was white, I have been giving him baby formula (Soy kind left over from when we took my now 18 mth old son off of formula) so that he will get extra iron. Now his gums tongue are pinking up. He is INFESTED. It is horrible. I know you are not supposed to give them anything for fleas that you would give older cats, but it is ridiculous how bad they are. What I am needing to know is this; A) Is the dawn I am using the best thing and B) How often can I bathe him? It is so sad because we wet everywhere but above his neck(we do however do it behind his ears) but they always gravitate to his eyes, nose, etc. Its just pitiful. You can design the car yourself but I can offer help with how to power it. If you make it a 3 wheeled car (two at the back and one at the front) you can use the elastic band to power the front wheel. Attach on end of the band to a fixed point and the other to the axel of the front wheel. You can then wind up the wheel, which twists the elastic band and when you release it the stored energy in the elastic will unwind it, moving the wheel and propelling the car forward.

I need help on using oil pastels?

Oil pastels are difficult, as are oil paints. Obviously, the quality of the pastels is important. But because you likely need practice, you have the right idea of starting cheaply. Like oil paints and prismacolor colored pencils, oil pastels can be mixed to make shades of color and to produce a filled look. I would start by drawing larger size, more monochromatic objects. Perhaps try to draw an apple or a banana or something at a size of 6 or more inches just to get the feel for how to blend the colors in order to create shading. I say stay larger, because oil pastels are difficult to achieve detail with, in my opinion, particularly as you start out. In any case, I think that may be your best bet right now.

It is safe to use CLR on a Rubbermaid plastic jug for tea?

I should say I am confused. I have bought my hair locally for years and I was always told to buy Yaky permed straight by Milkyway, well I thought I was spending a good penny on my bags of hair to later find out that my weave should have lasted three months compaired to 4-6 weeks. I washed my hair weekly to later find my hair shedding and tangled by the second week. I live in upstate New York and I have bought my hair from B&V Discount and Ester's wigs. I honestly thought it was the person who was doing my braid and weave styles... until I opt for going for someone with a great reputation on doing weaves. I drove to Middletown, NY which is a haul for me and had my hair done at The Hair Studio, it was rather expensive but my hair looked great. I have had an issue similar to this before. One time i had a pimple on the shaft of my which was slightly oversized and a bit red which i accidently popped and a small amount of puss came out, the entire pimple dissapeared within the week. Recently i have spotted a new pimple which looks oversized slightly red and a tad shinyer than the rest of the skin on my shaft. This new pimple does not pop and i do not wish to try.. I transferred to an elite private school during my junior year, and enrolled in lacrosse--goalie--and soccer. I also started playing WoW with friends, and consequently, my grades suffered. Shocked by low GPA, I studied hard over the summer--daily averaging around seven hours of SAT study time. And on my latest Blue Book SAT, timed practice test, I scored over 2100. So, I am inferring that my actual SAT score should be higher than my latest practice test score.(I will be taking SAT twice, once in October and November.) I also took AP Chemistry; Honor cles Physics, Precalc; and three literature cles, Scifi, Latin American Lit and Advanced Composition. I am a martial artist who has a black belt in taekwondo, and I train every day; for example, I daily do 11 pull ups, spar with Everlast training partner, and stretch my side splits. I am also planning on shadowing a neurosurgeon who should write me a superb letter of recommendation. As of now, I anticipate joining a community college because of my low GPA and lack of differentiating factors. But I am wondering if any third-cl university/college will accept me if I do not need financial aid, etc.? Am playing on battle.net on WCIII with my mate, we sometimes play as a team at times. However, when we play against other teams, they seem to have med considerable resources at a fast pace. I know about strat and stuff, but come on, unless they are cheating, which is impossible or found a way around it. Call the grocery store and ask them to make up a sandwich platter for you. They cut them into quarters and stack them up. People do like something more substantial than just finger food on New Year's because they get hungry waiting until midnight. I have been to New Year's parties where people have sandwich platters from the supermarket along with cole slaw and potato salad. Don't get much cole slaw or potato salad. There is always some left over. Buy a brie and some crackers and you can buy some fruit to cut up. You can pick up a shrimp ring at the supermarket. My husband has been trying to distance himself from his dysfunctional family but they WON'T leave us alone. The latest....he has been asked to do a bunch of home repairs for them at his expense. We happened to run into them while shopping and this was the FIRST thing out of his mother's mouth. Keep in mind that he has a brother in his late 20's who LIVES in that house and is PERFECTLY capable of fixing something and has plenty of time since he can't hold a job (the rare times he does have a job he just calls in sick until he gets fired), and their landlord won't be responsible for repairs because they trash the place and won't keep up with the rent. When we say "no" we are bombarded with phone calls and visits from upset relatives because we won't share our "good fortune" with them. My husband came from nothing and works like a madman to give myself and our children a good life....is it horrible of us not to want to help them just because they are blood relatives?
