DEBATE! History? Helping would be nice...please?

In history we are having a huge debate on which is the more powerful branch, the legislative, the judicial and the executive. I am on the judicial team and we need questions to ask the other teams that will help us win. It would also be nice to add the answers and such. I know the judicial one isnt the most powerful, but the people on the other groups sucked, so i couldnt really do anything about it. If you can please help please do, I would kinda like a good grade on this, thanks!
