What is the portion of their children whom carrie both color blindness and sickel cell aniemia?

well none....color blindness is linked on the X chromesome, so the daughters will be carriers but not colorblind, and no males will be colorblind.... however 1/4 of the children will have sickle cell because it is autosomal and recessive, and another 2/4ths carriers .... but 1/2 of the kids will be carriers of colorblindness... if you are asking what i think you are asking the answer should be 3/8ths....but its really confusing what you are asking exactly
