Am I sick in the head? or really bipolar?

I'd be inclined to get a second opinion on your diagnoses for Bipolar. From what you have described, none of the symptoms or characteristics are synonymous with Bipolar. You obviously do have some issues though, lack of empathy and anger which would need addressing.
