What would you do if you were in my shoes?

you said "i dont think i can go on with a person like him" regardless of whether you love him or not, that is a clear sign not to spend THE REST OF YOUR LIFE with him. Love is only one part of a relationship. it is not even the most important part, so do not be fooled. the most important part is commitment. you see, love is not a feeling. it is a choice you make every, single day. it is trust, safety, humility, servitude, respect. if he doesnt respect you enough to take his ex off his fb even though he knows it bothers you, then he is not good husband material (just imagine when he doesn't respect you enough to do the dishes or take the kids to school). If you cant have male friends, then he obviously doesnt trust you. if you really want a future with him, if you can trust him, if he can learn to trust you, then i say talk to him about these things. if he loves you like he claims, he will do his best to make it work. if he is not showing effort, you can feel ok in telling him "relationships need commitment and trust. we dont have enough of that, so i do not see a future." it is true and it makes sense.
