Can you get a hysterectomy without having any real medical reasons for it?

I wanted to know if you could get a hysterectomy but not have any medical reasons for it. Im 21 with no kids and I want one and im willing to pay cash but im wondering if i'll get denied because I have no real medical reason for it and because of my age and the fact that i havent had kids yet. I dont plan to ever have kids and if i do i'll adopt or get a surrogate mother
