During the 2004 elections, everyone said that Bush would restart the draft if he was reelected. Where is it?

I remember that in 2000 they said if Bush won women would loose their right to have an abortion. In the South they said that if George Bush was elected that he would bring back slavery. They ran adds in Texas equating Bush to those guys who drug that black guy behind a pickup truck. Scare tactics are the only thing liberals have because if you think about an issue logically than liberalism fails miserably.
