How many pounds of luggage can I carry in American Airlines to London (From San Fran to London via New York)?

How many pounds of luggage can I carry in American Airlines to London (From San Fran to London via New York). I think I'm allowed 2 suitcases but not sure how many pounds. Also since there is a domestic flight involved as well, is the weight restriction the same for both. Thanks.
