I'm not sure if I have penile cancer, please help!?

I have had an issue similar to this before. One time i had a pimple on the shaft of my which was slightly oversized and a bit red which i accidently popped and a small amount of puss came out, the entire pimple dissapeared within the week. Recently i have spotted a new pimple which looks oversized slightly red and a tad shinyer than the rest of the skin on my shaft. This new pimple does not pop and i do not wish to try.. I have a feeling it's not penile cancer, but i wouldn't mind someone helping me out and how i can make it go away. I've had it for a couple of days now, it is not painful one bit, inless i touch it, then it can be the very slightest bit sensitive.
