Does Yahoo Answers Team Treat Abuse Reports Seriously?

There is a certain user that has posted the same question verbatim multiple times under many different profile names. Obviously this person has created multiple accounts to post the same question verbatim and when this question is posted by said user they post it multiple times for that particular name they are using to post that question at that time.I have reported this to Yahoo answers team and done my part as a contributor and user of this forum by doing what they ask of us. This particular person that posts this question (over and over) has violated community guidelines under misusing answers.What I don't understand is how this person can keep getting away with what they are doing? It is obvious that they are breaking communtiy guidelines set up by the yahoo answers team. We are asked as users and contributors to monitor and report abuse. Believe me this person is abusing there is no question. Am wondering why Answers team is slow to reprimand such blatant flagrant misuse of community guidelines? I am frustrated that this is ignored I am sure that I am not the only one that has reported this particular poster . Any ideas? Thank You. I don't feel like my input to help make this forum what it is designed to be makes a difference. If users don't monitor the forum does Yahoo Answers team monitor the site to make sure community guidelines are being followed within reason?What gives?
